摘　　要：目的测定胆木浸膏胶囊中异长春花苷内酰胺的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以DiamonsilODS(150×4.6mm、粒径5μm)为色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸(30:70:0.1),检测波长为226nm,柱温:室温,流速为1.0mL/min,采用面积外标法。结果建立了胆木浸膏胶囊中异长春花苷内酰胺的HPLC含量测定方法,线性范围为2.028～10.140μg/ml,平均回收率为98.77%,RSD为1.41%(n=6)。结论该方法稳定、可靠、专属性强,可用于胆木浸膏胶囊中异长春花苷内酰胺的含量测定,为胆木浸膏胶囊的质量控制提供了新方法。Objective To determine the content of strictosamide in Danmu Extract Capsules. Methods The HPLC system consisted of the column of Diamonsil ODSC18 （150mm×4.6mm , 5μm） and acetonitrile - water - phosphoric acid （30： 70：0.1） as the mobilephase. The temperature was room temperaure. The detective wavelength was 226nm. The flow rate was 1. 0ml/min. Extennal standard method. Results The method of determinating the content of strictosamide in Danmu extract capsules was established. It showed a linear relationship within the range of 2.028-10.140μg/ml, the average recovery was 99.79%, and the RSD was 1.00% （n = 6）. Conclusion This method is simple, reliable, precise and provides a scientific basis for the quality controlling of Danmu extract capsules.
