摘　　要：目的分析深圳市2006～2007年老年伤害流行特征，为控制老年伤害的发生，制定老年伤害预防策略提供依据。方法对2006—2007年深圳市医院老年急诊伤害监测资料进行描述性分析。结果2006—2007年，深圳市伤害监测系统共登记老年伤害患者3169名，占监测总数的2．99％；老年人伤害发生以意外伤害为主（97．00％），多发生在休闲和家务劳动时（84．61％），发生原因以跌坠落为主（53．50％），多为轻伤（80．95％）。结论跌倒为老年人群伤害防治的优先问题，在老年人中应积极开展跌落等伤害的预防控制工作，减少老年伤害的发生以及伤害对老年人健康和生活的影响，为实现健康老龄化作贡献。Objective To analyze the features of injuries in the elderly in Shenzhen in 2006-2007. Methods The data of elderly injuries were collected from hospital-based injury surveillance system and analyzed. Results The number of injuries in the elderhes was 3 169 accounted for 2.99% of the total injuries registered by the monitoring system. 97.00% of the injuries were accidently and occurred when doing homework and at leisure time 84.61%）. Most injuries were flesh wound （80.95%）,mainly due to fall sown （53.50%）. Conclusion Attention be paid to the health of the elderly and care be offered at anytime and everywhere to prevent accident Injuries from occurrrence to the elderly.
