摘　　要：随着我国社会经济的不断发展,我国民间组织以政府和其它组织机构所不具备的优势,在城市社区建设中发挥着越来越重大的作用。充分发挥民间组织在和谐社区建设中的作用要明确自己的角色性质,防止出现角色错位;要取得政府的支持,与政府建立合作伙伴关系;要建立健全相应的法律、法规等。With the influence of world economy integration and the reform and opening-Lip, our country s city community construction is facing the significant development opportunity and the pattern choice-depending on the government-dominated pattern or importing new organization resources. This article believes that the Non-governmental organization has a great influence on the city community construction. Non-governmental organization has the superiority which the government and other organizations does not have in the city community. What the article specifically will discuss is how to make our Non-governmental organization plays the particular role in the construction of harmonious community. This article puts forward the proposal in order to cultivate, develop Non-governmental organization and encourage Non-governmental organization to participate the harmonious community construction.
