摘　　要：强调环保清洗的重要意义,全面论述了清洗与节能、清洗与减排的关系,并从清洗药剂的使用、环保清洗剂的开发、清洗工艺的优化、废液和废渣的处理等方面对环保清洗的实施提出了建设性意见。The important meaning of environment - protecting cleaning was emphasized. The relations between cleaning and energy conservation, and between cleaning and discharge reducing were discussed in an all - round way. A proposal was put forward for the enforcement of environment - protecting cleaning, including the use of cleaning reagents, the development of environment - protecting cleaning reagents, the improvement of cleaning technology, the treatment of wast liquor and waste residue.
