安全发展视角下的安全教育培训

摘　　要："安全发展"是科学发展观中的一个全新理念,从宏观的高度对安全生产工作起到统领作用。在"安全发展"新理念的指导下,安全教育培训工作的内容必须扩展,安全法制、安全文化、危机处理、心理干预等应当成为安全教育培训的重要内容。安全教育培训的方法必须更新,对安全工作者的培训、对企业员工的培训以及全民安全教育,都要适应社会经济发展变化,采用多种方式,注重实效。＂Development safety＂, which is an entirely new concept of the concept of scientific development, plays a leading role in the work safety from the macro - degree. Under the guidance of the new concept of ＂development safety＂, the contents of safety education training must be extended and the security legal system, security culture, crisis management, and psychological intervention etc. should be an important part of safety education training. The methods of safety education training must be updated, the safety training of workers, the training of employees and safety education for all must adapt to the changes of the socio-economic development, use a variety of ways and stress practical results.
