开缝钝体燃烧器冷热态试验研究及其应用

摘　　要：介绍了开缝钝体燃烧器实验室冷热态试验结果以及在实际锅炉炉膛中形成的冷热态空气动力场和不同负荷下热运行的结果．一系列测试结果表明，开缝钝体燃烧器能够合理组织四角切圆燃烧锅炉的炉内工况，并对劣质煤具有较好的稳定燃烧性能．对开缝钝体燃烧器的流动和稳定燃烧机理作出了解释．The simulated cold and fired test results of a slit bluff body burner in laboratory and the operating results of the burner in an actual boiler chamber under the action of aerodynamic fields of cold and fired state as well as those under different loads are described. A series of measurements show that the burner is suitable for use in the corner firing type boiler and the combustion performance is good and stable when inferior coal is burnt. The flow and the mechanism of stable combustion with a slit bluff body burner are explained.
