福建旅游资源保护及景区开发的财政扶持政策

摘　　要：财政扶持对福建省旅游资源的保护和景区开发相当必要,近年来,福建省对旅游景区的财政扶持虽有逐渐加大的趋势,但总体而言,在扶持观念、扶持总量、扶持方式和监督机制等方面仍存在不足。福建省可通过建立旅游环境规划基金和环境补贴等手段促进旅游资源的财政扶持,通过加大对旅游开发规划编制的财政支持和完善旅游景区基础设施的投资政策等手段促进景区开发的财政扶持。It is necessary to make the financial support policy for the protection of tourist resources and the development of scenic spots in Fujian Province. In recent years,the financial support for scenic spots in Fujian is increasing;but in general, there is still great shortage of the financial support policy, such as the concept of the support, the total amount of the financial support, the way of the financial support and so on. We can promote the financial support for the protection of tourist resources by establishing the tourist planning funds and setting the financial subsidy policy for the environment. And we can promote the financial support for the development of scenic spots by increasing the fiscal support to the tourist planning and forming the policy for construction of infrastructural facilities in the scenic spots.
