摘　　要：应用ASP.NET,ADO.NET和SQL Server 2000等方面的技术,设计实现了Web人事管理系统,在设计和实现过程中充分利用三层架构对系统进行了优化.文章简要论述了该系统的设计与实现方法,该系统的设计提高了高校人事管理工作的效率,实现了数据共享,并对高校的行政管理工作起到了积极有力的促进作用.This paper designs and implements personnel management system based the web, using the technology of ASP. NET,ADO. NET and SQL Server 2000. In the course, it optimizes the system by three-tier architecture. It briefly discusses the method of design and implementation of this system that improved the efficiency of Personnel Management in Colleges and Universities, and realizes the data sharing. The system also positively and powerfully promotes the administration of college.
