摘　　要：社区学院是美国高等教育普及化和大众化的重要组成部分。本文分析了美国社区学院董事会管理模式的运作过程,从中可以看出美国社区学院如何处理来自政府、社区和学校内部的关系,进而达到权利平衡,不断发展壮大。这对我国社区学院的可持续发展提供了有益的借鉴。Community college is the important part of the high learning and population in the USA. This paper analyzed the operation mode in the American community college, which explored the way of how to deal with the relationships and balance of power among governments, communities and universities. The article believed that is significant to learn other＇s experience for sustainable development in our community college.
