摘 要:许多专用测试设备在计量时大多由计量人员手工完成,不仅工作效率低而且容易引入人为误差。针对这一问题,采用虚拟仪器、参数化设计技术,设计了一种计量检定专用测试设备的通用计量系统。通过设计不同的计量检定实例将相关的标准仪器组合起来,可以对不同类型的专用测试设备进行检定。通用计量系统具有计量计划管理功能,有利于解决专用测试设备的漏检问题和保证专用测试设备的有效性。实际应用表明该设计方案确实能够提高计量工作效率。Many metrological works of some special test equipments are finished by hand, which is not only ineffective but also prone to bring man-made error. In order to solve this problem, a universal metrological system for special test equipments was designed with virtual instrument technology and parameterized design technology. Different verification instances were designed to fit together interrelated standard instruments and to verify different special test equipments. And this universal metrological system would help to solve missing inspection for special test equipments and to keep the validity of special test equipments due to its functions of plan and manage. This design project is proven to be effective for metrological work.
