摘　　要：为了对实验数据进行长时间实时测量,避免人工监测、记录数据的繁琐和人为误差,将实验室中常用的测试仪器ESCORT-3146A的RS-232接口与PC机串口连接起来,实现两者的串口通讯,并用Visual Basic(VB)开发语言编写了数据采集软件,实现PC机对仪器ESCORT-3146A的远程控制和数据自动采集。软件界面简明、操作简单,采集的数据存放在Excel表中,易于存储、管理、分析、处理。In order to realize real-time measurement for experimental data in a long time and to avoid tedious work and human error of manual monitoring and recording data, the authors connect the RS-232 serial interface in ESCORT-3146A with the serial port of PC to realize serial communication, and use visual basic （VB） programming language to develop data acquisition software which realizes the funetion of remote controlling and automatic data acquisition between PC and ESCORT-3146A. The software has simple interfaces and can be operated easily. The data acquired from ESCORT-3146A is stored in the Excel table, which is easily stored, managed, analyzed and processed.
