摘　　要：详细论述了X-射线荧光光谱分析化探样品中24个元素的测试条件、方法及其精密度和准确度。采用粉末压片法,选用国家一级标准物质GBW07401～GBW07408、GBW07423～GBW07430和GBW07301～GBW07312为基准物质,使用经验系数法和康普顿散射线作内标校正基体效应。实验数据说明分析结果可靠,完全满足区域化探要求。The measurement condition, method, and the precision and accuracy of measurement results for testing 24 elements of geochemical samples with X-ray fluorescence were expounded in this article. The Chinese national reference materials of GBW 07401-GBW 07408, GBW 07423 -GBW 07430 and GBW 07301-GBW 07312 were used as standard materials for standard curve preparations through making powder into sample test plates, the empirical coefficients and the internal standards, Compton scattering lines were employed to correct the matrix effects. The experimental results show that this method could meet the requirements of regional geochemistry prospecting and is reliable.
