水解酸化工艺预处理亚麻废水的研究

摘  要:采用水解酸化工艺预处理亚麻废水,并对其进行了相关研究。在处理过程中有很多影响因素对水解酸化过程的速度和效率,以及最终产物都有重要的影响,并直接影响到水解酸化池的出水水质及处理效果。实验中主要考察了水力停留时间、进水COD、进水pH值和温度等影响因素对水解酸化池出水的影响,同时考察了水解酸化池稳定运行后对废水可生化性的改善,连续监测了水解酸化池进出水的COD、BOD、SS、pH、色度等各项指标,对类似的废水处理有一定的借鉴价值。A study was conducted on hydrolytic acidification process pretreating flax - producing wastewater. There are many influence factors which could affect the speed and efficiency of hydrolytic acidification process, as well as the final product, and it could directly impact the effluent quality and treatment effect of hydrolytic acidification tank, This paper is mainly discuss the influence of effluent by hydraulic retention time, COD, influent pH and temperature and other influence factors on hydrolytic acidification tank, while inspecting the biodegradability of wastewater improvement of hydrolytic acidification tank after stable operation, monitoring hydrolytic acidification tank influent and effluent of COD, BOD, SS, pH, color and other indicators continuously, getting great reference value to similar wastewater treatment.
