摘 要:为提高水产养殖投饵的自动化和工业化水平,满足现代水产养殖精确投饵的需要,研发了国内第一套远程气力输送自动投饵系统,并设计了以PLC为控制核心,集编程、传感器等技术为一体的自动化控制系统。介绍了设备的主要结构、工作原理、控制系统硬件选型及编程方法。在GX-DEVELOPER-8.34环境下采用梯形图语言编制系统运行和监控软件,实现投饵作业的精确计量、自动控制和人性化操作。检测结果表明,该自动投饵系统基本达到设计要求,风机排气压力在49.0 kPa时管道远程输送距离达到300 m以上,投饵速率达1 586 k.gh-1,证明该设备能有效提高投饵效率和质量。In order to improve feeding automatization and industrialization level of feeding and meet the needs for fish feeding during modem aquaculture production, remote pneumatic conveying automatic feeding system was developed, and the automatic control for the feeding system integrated with programmable logic controller (PLC) and sensor was successfully designed. PLC was used as control core in the system, which was integrated kinds of techniques including programming and sensors, etc. The primary structure, and working principle of the feeding system, selection of controlling system hardware and measures for programming methods were also introduced. Feeding operation with accurate quantification, automatic control and humanization operationman-machine friendliness was realized and monitored through the system software programmed with the ladder diagram language, which run in the environment of GX-DEVELOPER-8. 34. Test results on feeding system showed that it can handle up to 300 m feeding pipe at 1 586 kg·h^-1 when discharge pressure was 49. 0 kPa, which proved that the feeding system could can improve feeding efficiency and meet quality effectively.
