血清超敏C反应蛋白 白细胞介素测定与糖尿病大血管病变的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)和白细胞介素18(IL-18)与2型糖尿病并发大血管病变的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验法测定50例2型糖尿病(DM)患者和30名健康对照组血清hs-CRP、IL-6和IL-18的水平,并进行相关性分析。结果2型DM组hs-CRP、IL-6和IL-18水平显著高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),并发大血管病变患者hs-CRP、IL-6和IL-18较非大血管病变者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),相关分析显示:血清IL-6、IL-18与hs-CRP呈显著正相关(r=0.261,P<0.05;r=0.320,P<0.05),hs-CRP与空腹血糖(r=0.296,P<0.05)呈正相关。结论hs-CRP、IL-6和IL-18在2型DM并发大血管病患者中升高,可能在2型DM的发病及进展过程中起重要的作用。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum levels of high-sensitivity C reactive protein （hs-CRP） ,interleukin-6 （IL-6） ,interleukinq8 （ILq8） and maeroangiopathy complicated by type 2 diabetes mel- litus. Methods ELISA assay was applied to measuring serum levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and IL-18 in 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （DDM group,in which 20 cases were complicated with macroangiopathy） and 30 healthy controls （control group）. Then the correlation analysis was performed. Results The serum levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and IL-18 were signifinicantly elevated in DDM group than those in control group （P〈0.01）. There was a significant difference of hs-CRP,IL-6 and IL-18 levels between type 2 DM patients with and without macrovascular complications （P〈0.01）. LTnivariate linear regression analysis showed significant positive correlation existed between serum IL-6,IL-18 and hs-CRP （r= 0. 261, P〈0.05; r= 0. 320, P（0.05, respectively） ; hs-CRP and fasting blood glucose （FBG） （r=0. 296,P%0.05）.Conclusion Elevated levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and IL-18 may play an important role in occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
