摘 要:目的为进一步改善原无粘结后张法预应力混凝土结构的锚固特征,提高长期稳定性,配制新型高性能的环氧树脂专用锚固专用胶.方法以环氧树脂E44和相应的固化剂、增韧剂、偶联剂等为原料,用纳米级SiO2进行改性,同时,用五因素三水平正交试验设计对关键配料参数进行了优化.并进行了相关的补充试验.结果固化剂、偶联剂、增韧剂、纳米级SiO2和填料五种因素对粘结的剪切强度的影响是非常显著的,影响大小的顺序为固化剂→偶联剂→增韧剂→纳米级SiO2→填料.优化和改性后,其性能得到显著提高.结论纳米级SiO2改性环氧树脂专用锚固胶有效地改善了界面的粘接效应,可大幅度改善环氧树脂胶粘剂的粘接性能.To further improve the anchoring characteristics of the original unbonded post-tensioned concrete structure and enhance long-term stability a kind of room-temperature slow curing two-component adhesive anchorage was prepared. The adhesive is the new high-performance epoxy resin adhesive anchorage: Using E44 and the corresponding epoxy curing agent, flexibilizer, coupling agents as raw materials, the adhesive is modified by nano-SiO2. At the same time, parameters of key ingredients has been optimized by the three factors with five levels of orthogonal design and the relevant supplementary tests. The results showed that this adhesive had better bonding process ability and tensile shearing strength was obviously increased by modification with nano-SiO2, the impact of five factors on the shear bond strength is significant, the impact order is that curing agent→coupling agent→toughener→nano-silica→filler. Conclusion is that the epoxy structural adhesive modified with nano-silica effectively, having improved the interface bonding effect, is able to greatly improve the cohesion of epoxy resin adhesive.
