摘 要:目的采用硫化亚铁(FeS)处理含Cr(Ⅵ)废水,达到降低污水毒性的目的.方法采取化学氧化还原方法,把毒性很强的Cr(VI)还原成Cr(III),以便通过沉淀、吸附加以去除.结果随着投加的FeS粒径减小,水的pH下降,Cr(Ⅵ)去除率增加.在10-35℃范围内,FeS对Cr(Ⅵ)去除率随着温度的升高而增加,而在35-40℃时,FeS对Cr(Ⅵ)去除率却随着温度的升高而降低.试验条件下,pH4.5,粒径0.08-0.11 mm,温度25-30℃,是去除水中Cr(Ⅵ)含量的适宜条件.该条件下,当FeS投加量≥2 g/L时,Cr(Ⅵ)去除率99%以上.结论FeS可显著降低含Cr(Ⅵ)废水的浓度.We use FeS to deal with Cr( Ⅵ ) waste water in order to reduce the toxicity of the waste water. The chemical oxidation-reduction method was used to turn toxic Cr(VI) to Cr(Ⅲ), then the toxicity of the waste water is removed through precipitation adsorption. The removal rate of Cr( Ⅵ ) increases with the reduction of the size of FeS and the drop of pH. At 10 -- 35 ℃, the removal rate of Cr( Ⅵ ) increases along with the increase of the temperature;but during 35--40 ℃, with the increase of the temperature, it decreases. Under the experimental condition, the appropriate of the FeS is 0.08 - 0.11 mm and the temperature is condition of removing Cr( Ⅵ ) is when pH is 4.5, size at 25 - 30℃. When the dosage of FeS is no less than 2g/L, the removal rate of Cr( Ⅵ ) is over 99 %. Thus, FeS can significantly reduce the concentration of Cr ( Ⅵ ) in waste water.
