摘 要:目的研究纳滤处理高质量浓度难降解吡虫啉农药废水的适用性与应用效果.方法采用不同类型纳滤膜处理吡虫啉农药废水,考察进水水质、操作压力对膜通量、污染物去除率的影响.结果试验表明,DK膜通量稳定但去除效率有限,在操作压力1MPa时,膜通量为12 L/(m2.h),对COD、NH3-N、TP、电导率去除率分别为65%、64%、76%、51%.NF90膜的去除效果优于DK膜,但渗透液通量较低,在操作压力1.4 MPa时,对各种污染物的去除率在85%~99%,膜通量6.6 L/(m2.h),并随进水质量浓度上升衰减明显.结论将DK-NF90纳滤膜串联使用,可使系统对各种污染物去除率大于94%,膜通量提高至12 L/(m2.h)以上,满足应用要求.通过合理选型、优化组合,可以发挥各级膜功效,强化不同类型膜的应用优势.An attempt of using different types of nanofiltration membranes to treat imidacloprid pesticide wastewater is introduced here and the applicability-efficiency of NF technics for pesticide wastewater is discussed as well. When work pressure is equal to 1.0MPa, permeate flux of DK membrane keeps steady and reaches 12 L/(m^2·h). The removal ratio of COD, NH3 -N,TP,EC are 65% ,64% ,76% and 50% ,respectively. The removal efficiency of NF90 membrane is better than that of DK membrane. When work pressure of NF90 membrane is 1.4 MPa, the removal ratio ranges from 85 % to 99 %. However, the permeate flux is only 6.6 L/(m^2·h) and decreases sharply with inflow concentration ascending, which demonstrates that NF90 membrane is only applicable to the treatment low-to-mid concentration pesticide wastewater. Using DK-NF90 in series could strengthen application advantages of each type of the membrane. As a result, the system removal ratio of different contaminations is higher than 95 %. This process is suitable for high concentration and high salinity pesticide wastewater.
