摘 要:目的解决缩短船舶在港作业时间产生的负面效应,使集装箱码头泊位调度更加优化.方法建立了综合考虑船舶靠泊位置、靠泊时刻及装卸速度的均衡优化模型.在求解中采取人机交互与自适应遗传算法相结合的方式,设计了相应的优化算法,并通过算例对模型及算法的有效性进行了验证.结果目标函数通过对靠泊位置、靠泊时刻、装卸速度的综合调整,可以获得以趋于均衡为目标的调度组织方案.融入调度人员的实际经验,能够在可行的范围内获得更优的满意解.结论解决了生产调度均衡优化问题,使得生产调度的优化结果更为贴近实际.To offset the negative effects caused by the reduction of operation time, a least-cost model including berthing location, berthing time and loading speed, which is more suitable for the berth scheduling in container terminal, is established. The arithmetic was designed by the combination of human-computer interaction and genetic algorithm and an example was given to verify the validity of the model and the feasibility of the solution method. The results show that equilibrium schedule can be obtained by adjusting values of berthing location, berthing time and loading speed in the objective function. And solutions are more satisfying when combining with the expert experience and the genetic algorithm. The method can solve the equilibrium optimization problem and the results are more proximate to the practical situation.
