基质和炼苗方法对春石斛试管苗假植的影响

摘　　要：以4个品种的春石斛为材料,研究了不同的假植基质和不同的炼苗时间和方法对春石斛试管苗假植成活率和初始生长的影响。结果表明,所涉及的基质中,水苔的成活率最高,而炼苗方法以封瓶炼10 d再开瓶炼1 d最佳。Four varieties of Dendrobium nobile were used as materials to investigate the effects of different substrates, durations and methods of hardening-seedlings on the survival and initial growth of the tissue culture shoots of D. nobile in pre-planting. The results showed that among the substrates, water moor contributed the highest survival of the tissue culture shoots. Being in the sealed jars for 10 days then in the opening jars for one day was the optimized method of hardening-seedlings.
