长三角地区经济发展方式转变中的文化因素

摘　　要：长三角区域具备率先转变经济发展方式,加快提升经济整体素质和国际竞争力的条件,其中一个重要的方面就是长三角具有新阶段发展所需要的区域文化基础和精神资源。从区域文化看,长三角有着吴越文化、楚汉文化和海派文化的类型,这三种文化具有奋发进取而又精致典雅的特性。这种文化特性对于新的发展方式有积极的内在作用,但在当代社会发展中,还需要推进长三角区域文化的现代性转换。在转变经济发展方式中,应该借鉴英国的经验,以繁荣文学艺术来涵养全社会的创新精神,以创意产业的路径来开拓新的产业,以至整个社会的未来。The Yangtze River Delta boasts the competitive advantages for the transformation of the mode of economic progress and the promotion of the complete economic quality and international competence. These advantages have been shaped by many factors, one of which is the regional culture and spirits required by the development in the new phrase. Regional culture in the Yangtze River Delta consists of three types, namely, Wu and Yue Culture, Chu and Han Culture and Shanghai-style Culture, all of which represent features of strengthen and delicacy. Although these features of regional culture have positive effects on the new development of the Yangtze River Delta, the regional culture needs to be modernized and transformed. On this aspect, we should learn from experiences of the Great British. That is to cultivate the spirits of innovation by the prosperity of literature and arts, to development new industries and even the whole society by creative industries.
