摘  要:目的探讨高频超声在检测糖尿病患者颈动脉、股动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)及粥样硬化斑块发生的关系中的应用价值。方法应用二维和彩色多普勒超声检测79例糖尿病患者的颈动脉和股动脉,观察其IMT和动脉粥样硬化斑块并进行血流动力学评价。结果颈动脉、股动脉IMT及斑块的发生率在左、右两侧差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);股动脉的斑块发生率高于颈动脉(P〈0.05);病程〉10年患者的IMT与〈5年患者相比,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论高频超声能反应糖尿病动脉硬化血管形态结构的变化,是检查糖尿病动脉硬化性病变的有效方法。Objective To observe the value of high-resolution ultrasound detection of intima-media thickness (IMT) in carotid artery and femoral artery in patients with diabetes mellitns and toevaluate hemodynamic. Methods Seventy-nine cases were examined with IMT of carotid artery and femoral artery in patients with diabetes mellitus by 2D and high-resolution ultrasound. Examine changes on IMT and atherosclerosis plaques. Results The IMT and incidence of atherosclerosis plaque had no significant difference between both sides of arteries. The atherosclerosis plaques were more frequently found in femoral artery. Male patients had significantly higher IMT than those in females. The use of carotid artery 1MT combined with femoral artery IMT can improve the diagnostica accuracy Conclusion High-resolution ultrasound has the advantage of showing vascular changes from function to structure in patient with diabetes. It is useful for diagnosis of vascular diseases in patients of diabetes.
