摘　　要：[目的]探讨PDCA循环在培训实习护士手术体位摆放中的应用,并观察其效果。[方法]将60名实习护士随机分为对照组和PDCA组,每组30人,对照组接受传统方法进行培训,PDCA组按PDCA循环培训,2周考核1次,共4次,并记录成绩。[结果]PDCA组每次成绩和合格率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]PDCA循环用于实习护士体位摆放技能培训,其效果显著优于常规培训方法。Objective：To probe into the application of PDCA cycle for train ing practical nurses to put operative posture for patients,and to analyze its effect. Methods： A total of 60 practical nurses were randomly divided into control group and PDCA group, 30 cases each. Nurses in control group were trained by traditional methods. Nurses in PDCA group were trained by applying PDCA cycle. All nurses were tested once every two weeks and four times in total. And the scores had been recorded. Result： The scores and pass rate in PDCA group were significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： PDCA cycle could be applied for training practical nurses to put operative posture for patients. And it is better than traditional training method.
