口疮灵散剂治疗原发性疱疹性口炎的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨口疮灵散剂对原发性疱疹性口炎(Primary Herpetic Stama-titis,PHS)的治疗效果。方法:将原发性疱疹性口炎患儿100例随机分成两组,实验组用口疮灵散剂外涂,对照组常规治疗,采用口服复方大青叶、复合维生素B、西瓜霜散剂。结果:实验组口疮灵散剂治疗后2～5d痊愈,对照组4～10d痊愈。结论:口疮灵散剂对缓解和抑制原发性疱疹性口炎的症状、促进溃疡面的愈合,疗效显著。Objective： To explore the effects of Kouchuangling Powder to herpetic stomatitis. Methods： 100 cases were separated in to 2 groups, with 50 cases in each group. Experiment group were treated with Kouchuanling Powder while the control group were treated with Folium Isatidis, Vitamin B and Citrullus lanatus powder. Results： The healing up time of experiment group was 2-5 days.The healing up time of control group was 4-10 days. Conclusion： Kouchuangling Powder can effectively remit and restrain the symptoms of herpetic stomatitis and quicken up the ulcers to close. The period of treatment in experiment group is much shorter than that of control group.
