摘　　要：目的:探讨经阴道超声(TVS)在诊断女性输尿管下段结石中的应用价值。方法:对经腹超声疑有输尿管下段结石的28例女性患者经阴道超声检查。结果:在膀胱未充盈情况下,28例经腹部超声检查高度怀疑输尿管下段结石者,全部经阴道超声检查得到确诊,并经临床及其他检查方法证实。结论:经阴道超声诊断女性输尿管下段结石无需膀胱充盈,肠气干扰少,可以快速、准确地诊断输尿管下段结石,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective： To evaluate the transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of women lower ureteral stones of diagnostic value. Methods： Abdominal ultrasound of the suspected lower ureteral stones 28 cases of women with vaginal ultrasound examination. Results： 28 cases of the highly suspected by abdominal ultrasonography of the lower ureteral stones, all of transvaginal ultrasound examination confirmed to be, and the clinical examination and other methods confirmed.Conclusion： Transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis of women lower ureteral stones without filling the bladder, intestinal gas less interference, can be fast, accurate diagnosis of the lower ureteral stones, have a high clinical value.
