摘 要:制备了聚硅酸氯化铝(PASC)絮凝剂,并用其进行了皂素废水处理实验。考察了絮凝剂投加量、pH值、搅拌速度对COD和浊度去除率的影响。结果表明,当絮凝剂投加量为9~13.5mg/L、pH值5~7、搅拌速度150~250r/min时,COD和浊度去除效果较好。最佳工艺条件为:絮凝剂投加量11.25mg/L、pH值6、搅拌速度200r/min。此时,COD去除率为93.7%,浊度去除率为97.5%。PASC的絮凝性能明显优于PAC。Polyaluminum silicate chloride (PASC) was synthesized and used to treat saponin wastewater. The influences of floeculant dosage, pH value and mixing speed on the removal rates of COD and turbidity were investigated. The results showed that the removal effects of COD and turbidity were better under the conditions of flocculant dosage 9 - 13.5 mg/L, pH 5 - 7, mixing speed 150 - 250 r/min; the optimal reaction conditions were as follows : the dosage of flocculant was 11.25 mg/L, the value of pH was 6.0 and the mixing speed was 200 r/ min. Under the optimal reaction conditions the removal rates of COD and turbidity were 93.7% and 97.5% , respectively. The performance of PASC was obviously better than that of PAC.
