麝香保心丸治疗颈部动脉粥样硬化斑块临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察麝香保心丸治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床疗效。方法:采用随机、单盲方法将90例患者分成两组,对照组41例,予西医常规治疗,治疗组49例在此基础上加服麝香保心丸,两组患者均用药4个月。服药前后记录两组颈动脉IMT(内中膜厚度)、PSV(收缩期峰值血流速度)、EDV(舒张期峰值血流速度)、PI(搏动指数)、RI(阻力指数)。结果:治疗组病人颈动脉IMT变薄、PSV增加、EDV增加、PI增加、RI减少,与对照组相比,有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:麝香保心丸治疗颈动脉粥样硬化性斑块有效。Objective ： To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Shexiang Baoxin Pill in patients with carotid atherosclerotie plaque. Methods： 90 patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque were assigned into two groups by randomization and single blind method, 41 patients in contrast group was given common medication; ShexJang Baoxin Pill added to treat 49 patients in treatment group.Both were treated for 4 months.Before and after the treatment, the IMT of the carotid, PSV,EDV,PI and RI were examined. Results ： For the patients in the treatment group, the IMT of the carotid thinning,PSV inereasing,EPV increasing,PI increasing,RI reducing.There are significant difference between the contrast group and the treatment group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ： The Shexiang Baoxin Pill have effect to the treatment of carotid atherosclerotie plaque.
