云南白药对急性放射性皮肤反应与损伤的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的:观察云南白药治疗急性放射性皮肤反应与损伤的效果。方法:将发生急性放射性皮肤反应与损伤的80例患者随机分为两组。治疗组40例,对照组40例,治疗组局部暴露,表面外敷云南白药;对照组局部暴露、外涂2%龙胆紫。结果:治疗组有效率95%,对照组80%。结论:云南白药外敷治疗急性放射性皮肤反应及损伤是一种方便、安全、经济、有效的治疗方法。Objective ： To evaluate the effect of Yunnan white medicinal powder on acute reaction and damage induced by radiation. Methods： 80 cancer patients were randomized into therapeutic and control groups. The application of drug consisted of spraying Yunnan white medicinal powder on the exposed and irradiated skin or mucous membrane as radiotherapy was being carried out. This was compared with control patients who received routine convertional skin care such as exposure and application of 2% gentian violet. Results ： The results shows that in therapeutic group, the effective rate of acute irradiated reaction and damage was 95% as compared to the 80% of the control. Conclusion ： Yunnan white medicinal powder is simple, safe, cheap and effective drug for acute irradiated reaction and damage.
