摘　　要：目的:观察综合治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:针对本院门急诊及住院患者,从2002—2007年需要紧急治疗的患者200例,全部病例符合《中华医学会支气管喘防治指南》的诊断标准,对本病的综合治疗疗效、肺功能监测、进行评价。结果:综合治疗本病后,辅助检查结果为:外周血及痰查嗜酸性粒细胞减少,肺功能检测,患者病理、生理指标及主要临床症状改善。结论:减少全身激素使用量,感染控制、电解质及酸碱平衡。逆转气道高反应性,改善肺功能。综合治疗能明显控制症状,改善缺氧及预后、减少并发症。Objective：Observation of the comprehensive treatment of bronchial asthma clinical efficacy. Method：Our hospital for patients with acute and from 2002 to 2007 in need of urgent treatment of patients with 200 cases,all case in line with the＂China Medical Association of Asthma Control and Guidance＂of the diagnostic criteria for the integrated treatment of the disease,pulmonary function monitoring,to evaluate. Result：Comprehensive treatment of this disease,supporting findings such as：check blood and sputum eosinophils reduced lung function monitoring patients with pathological and physiological indicators and major clinical symptoms improve.Conclusion：Reduce systemic steroid use,infection control electrolyte and acid-base balance.Downturn in high-reactive airway and improve lung function comprehensive treatment can significantlv control symptoms improve the prognosis of hvpoxia and to reduce complications.
