中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察比较中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛与单纯西医治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效。方法:将确诊的60例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,在基本西药治疗的基础上治疗组加用中药汤剂治疗,方药组成:柴胡、郁金、赤芍、当归、茯苓、白术、制半夏、甘草。5天为1疗程,共观察2个疗程。结果:治疗组不论是临床症状的缓解,还是心电图的改变以及舌脉的变化均优于对照组,这说明人体气血的调畅不仅能激发和推动人体各种生理机能的正常活动,在病理状态下又是人体有序生理功能的动力。中医学治病的一大优势就是注重人是一个有机的整体,注重情志因素的调理,所以在治疗冠心病心绞痛时中西医结合取长补短,取得了满意的临床疗效。结论:中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛好于单纯的西医治疗。Objective ： To compare the treatment of angina pectoris integrative Chinese and western medicine treatment of angina pectoris purely clinical efficacy. Methods ： 60 patients diagnosed coronary heart disease with angina were randomly divided into treatment and control groups of the 30 cases, the treatment group add to the Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the basic westem medicine treatment prescription. Components： Bupleurum, cureuma root,Red Peony Root, Angelica, Fuling, largehead atractylode, processed Banxia, licorice. Five days for a course of treatment, observation of a total of two courses. Results ： The clinical symptoms of both mitigation, or ECG changes and changes in the tongue veins are better than the control group, indicating the body＇s qi and blood-change can not only stimulate and promote the human body functions of various justifications for the normal activities of the pathology, also the state of human physiological function in an orderly manner the driving force. In the Chinese medical treatment, a big advantage is on who is an organic whole, pay attention to emotional factors conditioning. The treatment of angina, coronary heart disease in strong points of Chinese medicine with Western medicine achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy. Conclusion ： The combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris better than a simple Western medicine treatment.
