金钠多注射液预防静脉桥再狭窄的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨金钠多注射液预防静脉桥再狭窄的作用。方法:20只体重在2.5～3.0kg的新西兰兔随机分成2组,即对照组(n=10)和金钠多组(n=10),所有兔均进行颈外静脉反向吻合于颈动脉的搭桥手术,用彩超检测血流量,证明桥通畅,术后给予高脂饲料喂养。2个月后,用彩色多普勒检测静脉桥内膜厚度,并取血管桥组织标本作病理切片检查,以了解内皮细胞及平滑肌细胞有无增生迁移及血管基质有无增生等。结果:(1)术毕所有桥均通畅。(2)术后2个月彩色超声检查示金钠多组静脉桥内膜斑块形成、狭窄和内膜增厚程度均比对照组明显减轻。(3)术后2个月病理切片显示对照组的静脉桥内皮细胞脱落、内膜增生、平滑肌细胞移行增殖和脂质沉积等典型的粥样硬化变化,而金钠多组上述变化显著减轻。结论:金钠多注射液对静脉桥再狭窄有预防作用。Objective ： To explore effects of the extract of ginkgo biloba （EGb） leave preventing restenosis of graft after carotid artery bypass in rabbits. Methods ： 20 cases New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into two groups, control group （rabbits treated by autologous external jugular vein grafting to common carotid artery and fed by high fat diet, n=10） and EGb group （rabbits treated by autologous vein graft, fed by high fat diet and EGb, n=lO）. The detection of intima thickness of vein graft by color Doppler were performed, and pathologic examination of vein graft was performed 2 month after operation. Results ： （1）AU vein grafts were patent after operation. （2）color Doppler indicates more obvious proliferation of the intima and stenosis of graft in control group than in EGb group. （3）The pathologic examination also showed more obvious intimal hyperplasia in control group than in EGb group. Conclusion ： EGb may prevent restenosis of graft after carotid artery bypass in rabbits.
