摘　　要：五更泄,作为一个病名最早见于明代医学家龚廷贤的《寿世宝元》,每于黎明前腹痛作泄,大便稀溏,完谷不化。多由肾虚命门火衰,火不暖土,阴寒湿浊内积所致。其病形成,除责之于肾阳虚,尚与肺金之宣肃、脾之转输、肝之疏泄有密切关系。现从五脏入手,详细地论述病机,并结合7种病因提出了治疗的方法。Dawn diarrhea,as a name of disease,was written originally by Gong Tingxian in Ming Dynasty,the name of the book is Longevity and Life Proservation.It refers to loose stool with undigested food and abdominal pain at dawn,which is commonly caused by cold dampness stagnation due to Yang deficiency in the vital gate failing to warm the spleen.Except deficiency of Kidney-Yang.It has relation with lung, spleen,liver.the article expounds the pathogenesis from five the Zang,put forward several therapies according as seven pathogens.
