摘　　要：[目的]探讨口服和静脉补充电解质受限制时保留灌肠的临床应用。[方法]对我院2005年7月—2008年3月15例多器官系统疾病造成的低钠、低钾、低氯血症的治疗及结果进行回顾性分析。[结果]15例病人血清离子1d～4d后恢复正常。[结论]保留灌肠简单易行,安全有效,值得在基层医院推广。Objective：To probe into clinical application of retention enema for patients with limitation of supplying dielectric fluid by oral and intravenous administration. Methods： A total of 15 patients with hyponatremia,hypopo-tassaemiaand hypochloraemia caused by multiorgan systemic diseases in our hospital were selected. Data of treatment and results of all cases were ana- lyzed retrospectively. Results：Blood serumal ions of all 15 patients had recovered to normal one to four days after treatment. Conclusion： Retention enema is simple,safe and effective. And it is worth to be extended in primary hospitals.
