摘　　要：文章以平煤五矿己二采区巷道转移与设备安装工程项目为背景,根据其工期长、投资大、影响因素多、不确定性强等特点,采用PERT网络计划法绘制出网络图,接着以工期最短为目标,在系统外时间约束下,建立网络进度优化模型,并通过LINGO编程求出最优解,比原计划提前120d.Based on the tunnel shifting and the equipment installation project of the second stope of the fifth Ping＇an Coal, according to its long construction period, large investment, many influencing factors, uncertainties, and other characteristics, the PERT network planning method was used to map out network. Then taking the shortest period as the goal, under the time constraints outside the system, the network optimization model was established. The optimal solution was obtained through LINGO programming and the original plan is shorten 120 days.
