保温玻璃池窑燃料消耗量经验计算方法探讨

摘　　要：玻璃池窑燃料消耗量是玻璃池窑设计中的重要内容，通常用经验方法计算．对于未保温玻璃窑炉的燃料消耗量的计算已有常用的图表和数据，随着玻璃池窑保温技术发展，对保温情况下的窑炉，如何提出相应的计算图表和数据，是大家关心的问题．本文利用计算机对保温玻璃池窑进行数学模拟，对其燃料消耗量进行计算，得出了相应的计算图表和数据，提出了保温玻璃池窑的经验计算方法．最后通过对国内几十座窑炉燃料消耗计算结果进行验证。The fuel consumption,usually obtained by empirical calculation,is a very important part in glass furnace design.We've had some diagrams and data on the calculation of fuel consumption for uninsulated furnace.For insulated furnace,with the development of the thermal retardation,the attention has been drawn to how to present the related diagrams and data.In this paper,the research work is completed in simulation of the insulated furnace,calculation of the fuel consumption to obtain the related diagrams and data,and implementaion of the empirical calculation.In the end,the reliability of it is verified by the calculation of tens of domestic glass furnaces.
