摘　　要：几丁质酶在各种生物中起着非常重要的生理作用.最近几年,在哺乳动物中发现多种几丁质酶及类几丁质酶蛋白,它们在免疫炎症反应中起着非常重要的作用.本文综述了人几丁质酶Chitotriosidase和AMCase以及类几丁质酶YKL39,YKL40和Oviductins的结构特征与功能特点,探讨它们与相关疾病的关系.并阐述了它们之间的进化关系.Chitinase plays an important role in many kinds of speices. In recent years, several chitinases and chitinase like protein were found in mannamal. They possess very important fimction in immunity. The paper presented the structure and fimction of human chitotriosidase, AMCase and chitinase llke protein, their association with disease and their evolution relation.
