摘  要:大型混流式水轮机座环现场加工,实质上是制造厂加工工作在现场的延续。虽说座环现场加工占有了机组安装的直线工期和增加了现场工作量,但它消除了蜗壳焊接与混凝土浇筑产生的变形,更重要的是提高了机组安装的精度。阐述了座环现场加工的两种方法,并进行了比较,认为局部锪平加工的方法是我国大型机组值得推广与借鉴的一种新方法。The field processing of the stay ring of large-scale mixed flow turbine is essentially a continuity of factory machining work in site. Although the field processing of the stay ring occupies a straight line of the unit installation, and increases the expected workload in site, but it eliminates the deformation of the spiral case welding and the concrete pouring, more important it improves the accuracy of units installation. This paper introduces the two field processing methods of stay ring, and compares them. It is concluded that partial milling method is a new method worth promoting and learning for the installation of large-scale units in China.
