摘　　要：使用Thomson Data Analyzer TDA(TDA)软件对1986-2005年期间在Derwent InnovationIndex DII(DII)中收录的德国马普学会(MPG)、美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)、美国斯坦福大学(Stanford)、美国康奈尔大学(Cornell)、美国威斯康辛州立大学(Wisconsin)、日本东京大学(Tokyo)六家机构的专利数据,从专利数量、发明技术领域、机构对外合作情况、专利家族国家分布和技术领域相似度5个方面进行了比较分析。This paper utilizes Thomson Data Analyzer to analyze the patent data, gathered in Derwent Innovation Index, of six organizations： Max Planck Society, National Institution of Healthy, Stanford University, Cornell University, University of Wisconsin-Madison and Tokyo University. Data of them are compared in patent quantity, area of the technical innovation, external cooperation, patent family country distribution and technical area similarity.
