摘　　要：区域经济的发展与转型都离不开人才资源的贮备和优化。以"大大连"城市发展战略为背景,对大连城市功能与经济结构的定位、人才结构的优化等问题进行分析与探讨。旨在通过对大连现有人才结构的调整,实现大连人才结构与大连经济发展的同频共振。Regional economic development and transformation cannot do without the storage and the optimization of talents. With the development strategies of Greater Dalian as a background, this thesis analyzes the optimization of talents＇ structure in the process of relocation of Dalian＇s municipal function and economic structure in order to bring about the frequency of talents＇ structure being approximately equal to that of Dalian＇s economic development through the adjustment of talents＇ structure in Dalian.
