摘 要:对广州地区家兔尸体的腐败过程及尸体上昆虫群落的演替规律,进行了初步观察和研究。结果表明,室外地表上家兔尸体的腐败过程可以划分为新鲜、肿胀、腐烂、干化4个连续的阶段;常见昆虫包括3目、12科、20种,其中双翅目的大头金蝇、绯颜裸金蝇,鞘翅目的大隐翅虫、白腹皮蠹等为优势种。尸体上昆虫群落的演替有明显的时间规律可循。许多昆虫类群的出现时间与尸体腐败阶段有明确的对应关系,这种对应关系可以为法医科学中推测死后间隔时间(postmortem interval,PMI)提供依据。A preliminary study on the succession of necrophagous insect community and the decomposition of rabbit carcass was conducted in spring and summer seasons in Guangzhou city. The results showed that the decomposition of rabbit carcass could be distinguished into 4 continuous stages, i. e. fresh, bloated, decayed, and dried stages. Twenty common insect species from 12 families of 3 orders were found on the rabbit carcass. Chrysomyia megacephala, Synthesiomyia nudiseta, Creophilus maxillosus and Dermestes maculatrs were the dominant species. A distinct time-related succession of insect community was observed during the decomposing of rabbit carcass. There was a significant correlation between the appearing time of insect groups and the decomposition stage of rabbit carcass. This correlation could be used as a foundation for the estimation of postmortem interval in forensic medicine.
