摘　　要：通过对银川市中低收入者住房现状的调查,指出廉租住房的保障资金不足、建设相对缓慢,经济适用住房供需不协调、管理制度不够完善,是解决中低收入者住房问题的两大障碍,进而提出了对中低收入者住房调控的相应对策。Based on a survey on current situation of housing of people of moderate and low income, it is pointed out that due to insufficient fund, the house of low rent cannot be guaranteed and therefore develops slowly. Besides, the supply and demand for economic housing are not well-balanced, and there are flaws in management system. These are big obstacles of solving problem of housing for people of moderate and low income. Finally, the corresponding policies are suggested.
