同种软骨移植后基质动态变化的观察

摘　　要：同种软骨移植后,软骨基质对于维护移植软骨的成活,保持其生物学特性有着较为重要的意义。为了探讨软骨基质在移植后的动态变化及其作用,通过测定蛋白多糖含量、胶原含量、细胞密度等方式进行了动物实验观察,发现移植后1～4周蛋白多糖、胶原含量一过性下降,细胞密度相应增加,移植后20周接近于对照组水平,说明移植软骨能够在宿主体内存活和保持外形基质的含量水平有着重要的意义。The cartilage matrix palys an imporgatn role in keeping the survivig of the cartilage homografts and matining It's biological properties.By means of dcterminating the quantity of GA and collagn as well as Cell density,we found that a very short term decling of GA and collagn occured,while the cell density in- creased arfter 1～4 weeks of grafting.However,the above figures attained to normal after 20 weeks of trans- plantation.
