HPLC法测定几种水杨酸类制剂中水杨酸的含量

摘　　要：目的建立用同一种流动相测定几种水杨酸类制剂水杨酸含量的方法。方法采用symmetry C18反相色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-0．02mol·L^-1。KH2PO4溶液（60：40，磷酸调pH至3．3）；检测波长：297nm。结果水杨酸在4～80μg．mL^-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均回收率为99．42％．日内RSD为0．7％。日间RSD为1．1％。结论反相高效液相色谱法适用于本类制剂的含量测定，方法简便、灵敏，测定结果准确。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determinating the content of salicylic acid in several salicylic acid preparations.METHODS The symmetry C18 column（150mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm） was used, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.02mol· L^-1 KH2PO4 solution（60： 40, pH was adjusted to 3.3 with H3PO4） ; the detection wavelength was 297nm. RESULTS The linear ranges of salicylic acid were 4 - 80μg· mL^- 1 （r = 0. 9999）, the average recovery was 99.42 % （RSD = 1.23 % ）, the RSD of intra-day was 0.7 %, the RSD of interday was 1.1% . CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and sensitive and can be used for the quality control of these preparations.
