摘 要:目的建立用同一种流动相测定几种水杨酸类制剂水杨酸含量的方法。方法采用symmetry C18反相色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.02mol·L^-1。KH2PO4溶液(60:40,磷酸调pH至3.3);检测波长:297nm。结果水杨酸在4~80μg.mL^-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.42%.日内RSD为0.7%。日间RSD为1.1%。结论反相高效液相色谱法适用于本类制剂的含量测定,方法简便、灵敏,测定结果准确。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determinating the content of salicylic acid in several salicylic acid preparations.METHODS The symmetry C18 column(150mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm) was used, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.02mol· L^-1 KH2PO4 solution(60: 40, pH was adjusted to 3.3 with H3PO4) ; the detection wavelength was 297nm. RESULTS The linear ranges of salicylic acid were 4 - 80μg· mL^- 1 (r = 0. 9999), the average recovery was 99.42 % (RSD = 1.23 % ), the RSD of intra-day was 0.7 %, the RSD of interday was 1.1% . CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and sensitive and can be used for the quality control of these preparations.
