香丹注射液与二磷酸果糖联合辅助治疗慢性肺源性心脏病36例

摘　　要：目的观察香丹注射液与二磷酸果糖联合辅助治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的疗效。方法70例慢性肺源性心脏病患者随机分成两组,治疗组36例除常规抗感染、平喘、化痰、强心利尿和低流量吸氧外,还联合香丹注射液与二磷酸果糖注射治疗,对照组34例只接受常规治疗。结果治疗组经14d的治疗后与对照组相比,全血黏度、血浆比黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞电泳时间、血细胞比容、血小板聚集率等均显著下降(P<0.01或P<0.05),两组症状缓解率分别是94.5%和67.7%(P<0.05),治疗组与对照相比,氧分压得到明显改善(P<0.01),治疗组除1例有颜面发红,但不久便消失,未影响继续治疗之外,无其它明显不良反应。结论香丹注射液与二磷酸果糖能显著改善慢性肺源性心脏病患者的血液流变性,提升氧分压,改善患者症状,是辅助治疗肺心病有效而安全的药物。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical effect of Xiangdan injection combined with fructose diphosphate on chronic cor pulmonale. METHODS Seventy patients were divided into two groups at random. Thirty-six patients in treatment group were treated with Xiangdan injection combined with fructose diphosphate as well as routine medicine therapy such as anti-infection, asthma restraint, expectoration, cardiocinetic, diuresis and low flowrate oxygen-breath, while the thirty-four patients in control group were treated with routine medicine therapy only. RESULTS After fourteen days＇ treatment, comparing with the control group, the blood rheology nature in treatment group such as nbh, nbn, np, HCT, ET, PAR and Fb ect. decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate in treatment group and control group were 94.5 % and 67.7 % respectively （P 〈 0.05）. PaO2 in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group （P 〈 0.01）. There was no obvious adverse reaction in treatment group except that one patient＇ s face turned red at the beginning and resumed to normal soon, not affecting continuous treatmentl CONCLUSION The combined application of intravenous Xiangdan injection and fructose diphosphate can significantly improve the blood rheology nature, PaO2 and symptom of the patients. It is safe and has highly supplementary effective on chronic cor pulmonale.
