摘 要:运动员竞技能力非衡结构补偿理论与"积木模型"的创建实现了竞技能力系统结构与功能的统一,在训练实践中正在作为一种指导性理论得到推行。作者对该理论提出了几点思考,认为:一般模型不能满足运动员竞技能力个性化发展的要求,而竞技能力非衡结构个体模型的建立存在构建原理与方法上的困难;运动员竞技能力非衡结构稳定性在内外可控与不可控因素的作用下只存在于某一阶段;部分运动员的竞技能力非衡结构会因敏感要素的相同或类似表现出群类特征。The theory of athlete ability unbalance structure and cask model have realized the unification of competitive ability and systematic structure and function and been pushed as a guidance theory in training practice. This paper put forward several thinking about the theory. First, the general model can not satisfy the personal development of athlete ability, the creation of individual model of athlete ability unbalance structure exists difficulties of striation theory and method; Second, athlete ability un- balance structure stableness can exist some stage under the effect of inside and outside controllable and uncontrollable factors; Third, the unbalance structure of athlete ability presents group features because of the sameness or similarity of sensitive elements.
