摘  要:结合武汉钢铁(集团)公司第二炼钢厂板坯连铸机实际生产情况,采用射钉法测量了不同钢种在二冷区内的凝固坯壳厚度。结果表明,铸坯宽度方向液相穴形状呈W形,1/4处凝固坯壳最薄;综合凝固系数控制在22.38-25.43mm/min^1/2,铸坯液芯长度为20.88-22.35m,铸坯凝固末端位于二冷段八区;钢种、拉速和冷却制度等因素对板坯凝固过程有影响。In light of the production situation of slab continuous caster in No. 2 Steelmaking Plant of Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation, the thickness of solidified slab shell of different steel grades in secondary cooling was measured by pin-shooting technique. The results show that the liquid core along the width of the slab looks like W in shape and the shell at the quarter of the width edge is the thinnest. By controlling comprehensive solidification coefficient in 22.38 - 25.43 mm/min^1/2, the liquid core length is between 20.88 m and 22.35 m and the final stage of solidification is in the eighth section of the secondary cooling. The steel grade, pulling speed, cooling system and other factors are found to have a certain influence on the process of solidification.
