摘 要:通过对某焦化厂所用煤样及生产出的焦炭、焦油和氨水中铅(Pb)含量分析,研究铅在焦化产物中的浓度分布,结合煤焦化模拟实验,获得炼焦过程中Pb在固相(焦炭)、液相(焦油和氨水)和气相产物中的分布规律。结果表明,65%(质量分数,下同)的Pb残存在焦炭中,7%的Pb转化到氨水里,焦油中的Pb含量占总量的4%,24%的Pb转化到煤气中。The content and distribution of lead (Pb) in coal coking products were studied by analyzing Pb concentration in the coal sample taken from a coking plant and in the produced coke, tar and ammonia. Coal coking model tests were carried out to study the pattern of Pb distribution in products of different states, such as solid (coke), liquid (tar and ammonia) as well as gas, in coal coking process. The tests show that, during coal coking process, 65% of lead is left in the coke, 7% of lead is trans-ferred to the ammonia, Pb content in the tar accounts for 4%, and 24% of lead is turned into coal gas.
