摘  要:喷雾热分解法(Spray Pyrolysis,SP)是近年来发展起来的制备超细粉体材料的重要方法之一。采用该方法,原料可在溶液状态下混合,整个反应过程快速完成,产物组分分布均匀;颗粒一般呈规则的球形,而且少团聚,无需后续洗涤、研磨,纯度高,活性高;无过滤、洗涤、干燥、粉碎过程,一步即获得成品,操作简单方便,生产过程连续,生产效率高,因此,在薄膜材料、金属及其化合物粉体材料和复合粉体材料的制备方面具有重要的应用价值和广阔的市场前景。Spray pyrolysis method is a novel method for preparing ultrafine particles. By the method, spherical particles have an uniformity in composition and composition distribution due to mixture of raw materials in the form of solutions and very rapid reaction speed, and have regular sphericity, high purity and activity. The process is achieved by only one step without filtering, washing, drying and grinding processes causing aggregation of powders and has a very high efficiency. So the method has an important application value and expansive market prospect in preparing many powder materials such as thin film materials, metals and their compound powder materials and complex powder materials.
