摘 要:在600℃以下钢的铁素体状态施行氮碳、硫氮碳、硫氮碳氧共渗可以显著提高钢件表面硬度,提高耐磨性、疲劳强度和抗腐蚀减摩能力,从而延长其服役寿命。由于温度低、时间短,与高温奥氏体状态下进行的渗碳、碳氮共渗相比较,具有明显的节约能源、显著减少零件畸变的效果。因此,对于中轻负荷条件下工作的机器零件,低温化学热处理工艺具有推广价值。在此,值得提出的是,在盐浴中施行的低温化学热处理工艺多少还存在含氰废水和盐渣的无害化处理后排放的问题,生产中应特别留意。Nitrocarburizing, sulfo-nitrocarburizing and sulfo-nitrocarbo-oxidazating processes under steel ferritic state at the temperature below 600℃ can markedly enhance the hardness, wear resistance, fatique strength and the anticorrosion ability of steel parts, and thereby prolong their service life. By comparision with carburizing and carbonitriding at austenite state, the low temperature thermo-chemical treatment processes could gain the benefits of energy saving and less distortion effect because of the low temperature and the shortened period of processes at ferritic state. Therefore, in relation to the components working under the low and medium loading, those low temperature thermo-chemical treatment processes will have the spreading value. It is to be noticed that both waste water and salt slag containing more or less cyanogen shall be drained off after being harmlessly treated for the low temperature thermal-chemical treatment processes performed in salt bath.
