摘 要:通过对我国能源构成的介绍,分析了我国热处理能源结构的现状,指出,对于热处理行业,能源是基础,节能是关键,环保是焦点,质量是根本,技术是保证。介绍了几种热处理工艺和设备的节能减排新技术。The structure of energy source in China was introduced. The current situation of energy source structure for heat treatment was analyzed. It was pointed out that in respect of heat treatment industry energy sourece acts as foundation, energy saving as key point, environment protection as focus, quality as essential and technology as guarantee. In addition, several new technologies concerning both energy saving and reduction in pollutant discharge for both heat treatment process and equipment were also introduced.
